Once the plasticard was painted. Using a self hand leather rivet maker, I punched in some rivets of different sizes. Project took about an hour to complete from start to finish.

This looks almost exactly as I wanted to make a pair! Only, my design had somewhat more knuckle protection. Ran out of funds, so I couldn't make them like this pair. Otherwise, they'd look more like this.
